Pavlova (with Kiwifruit Topping)

A meringue dessert cake. The ownership of Pavlova is a matter of great discussion between Australians and New Zealanders - both claim to have invented it. Usually topped with passionfruit in Australia. In New Zealand strawberries or kiwifruit are often used.
